The cylinder shaped fender is the most common one used. Cylinder shaped fenders are available in many types from the various manufacturers. Norms are e.g. Typ F and Typ G (refer to the picture above).

Please provide us not only with the diameter but also with the fitting cover length. This way, You can decide by yourself how the fender will be covered.


Depending to the inflation pressure and age of the fenders, the exact measures differ from the measures written on the fender. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME and measure exactly for your made-to-measure product.

The font or the design will be adapted to the cover length of the fender. Unless other instructions we knit the name 3 times at grith in a vertical position.

Fender covers for cylinder shaped fenders are produced with a cord on both ends. As our fabrics are elastic, You can pull the cover easy over the fender and close it at both ends with the cord. The ends of the cord can be put under the fabric.

Globular fender are very useful for certain hull shapes.

In order to secure the optimum fit of your new fender cover, we produce the cover in four segments. Every segment can be made with your lettering. Your covers are made in the exact size. You provide us only the diameter of the fender. Please take the time and measure the widest diameter exactly.
 
The cover is pulled over from the top down and closed at the bottom with the integrated rope. Also at the top a rope has been integrated in the small opening to allow you to fix the cover yourself.

Because of the partial high rub pressure on the globular fender at the thickest side we recommend to use the fabric quality “Velour”
